Executive Vice President/Principal
Mr. Olenick, who came on board in 1986 after serving as vice president and director of operations for a major elevator company, is principal-in-charge of field operations. He manages the field engineering staff in consultations for modernization, existing systems evaluation, maintenance quality control audits, and Local Law 10-81 inspections. He holds ASME certification as a Qualified Elevator Inspector Supervisor, chairs the NAVTP New York Region Board of Directors, is a member of the Board of Regents of the Elevator and Escalator Safety Foundation, lectures at New York University, and presents seminars for building management groups.
