The 277,650 sq. ft. project included rehabilitation and extension of the LaGuardia Hall Gideonse Library: renovation of 172,650 existing sq. ft. (original four-story 54,000 sq. ft. building with clock tower and a major addition in 1959) and new construction of 105,000 sq. ft.

VDA's scope of work included consulting for upgrading one (1) existing elevator, and design through construction administration services for three (3) elevators in the new extension.

The project was completed in 2002.
