The Charles M. Harper Center, University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, brings classrooms, faculty offices, research space and school support services under one roof for the first time in 60% more space than the current buildings it replaced. The 415,000 sq. ft. project includes a level of underground parking, and features a winter garden, as well as an exterior courtyard.

The facility also contains 12 classrooms, 2 seminar rooms, 31 group study rooms and 42 interview rooms where corporate recruiters meet with M.B.A. students and where prospective students are interviewed for admission.

VDA provided full consulting services through construction administration for 6 traction elevators (three duplex banks).
