This $354 million facility is the nation's largest to have received LEED designation from the U.S. Green Building Council. The Convention Center has a total of 1.45 million sq. ft., including 330,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space (250,000 sq. ft. of which is column-free exhibit space), 53 meeting rooms, 37 loading docks, and a 34,000 sq. ft. ballroom.

VDA provided vertical transportation consulting services for 22 escalators, 16 hydraulic elevators (including 2 with glass cabs), and 2 geared traction elevators.
