VDA provided full services through construction administration for 10 escalators and 8 hydraulic elevators in The Pier at Caesars, a $145 million project that is transforming the Atlantic City Boardwalk into an international shopping and entertainment landmark.

The 570,000 building includes 320,000 sq. ft. of leasable space on four floors that includes a world-class roster of elite retailers and nine exceptional restaurants. At the end of the pier, a 3-level water, light and music show is available free of charge to the public.

The Pier is connected via a glass-enclosed skywalk to Caesars Casino, and unites four unique casinos, three hotels, and a luxurious retail-dining-entertainment center under one roof. The project completed in June 2006.
