The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower
Miami, FL

One of the tallest structures in the southeastern United States, this 66-story tower, which opened in 2004, also is Miami's first true mixed-use, urban residential project. The building has elevators in separate banks to serve a five-level parking garage for 1,200 vehicles, 13 floors of hotel rooms and function space, approximately 243,640 sq. ft. of office space; and 29 floors/394 units of luxury condominiums with the finest views of Miami and Biscayne Bay. Residents enjoy a spectacular, private Grand Pool Terrace for relaxing and socializing.

VDA provided full consulting services through construction administration for 26 traction elevators and 1 hydaulic elevator in the project.
