AIG and the Seoul Metropolitan Government are partners in the development of this 5,684,150 ft. (528,100 m2) mixed-use complex that will become the new hub for the financial, securities and insurance companies in Seoul. The $800 million complex comprises 3 office towers ranging in height from 575ft (175m) to 920ft (280m) tall, a 500-room 5 star hotel at 635ft (190m) tall and a below-grade retail mall with access to the Yeouido subway station.

VDA is providing consulting services through shop drawing review for six (6) escalators in the office towers, eight (8) in the hotel and twenty (20) serving the retail component. There are a total of seventy-six (76) elevators service the three office towers, seventeen (17) in the hotel and twenty-four (24) in the retail area. Construction began in 2006 with completion of the first tower expected in 2009. The entire project is scheduled to complete in 2012.
