Ajial Real Estate Entertainment Company is building one of the tallest commercial towers in Kuwait at a site previously occupied by the Al Hamra and Firdous cinemas in Kuwait City. Estimated to cost $950 million, the 2,098,962 sq. ft. (195,000 m2) project includes office space, a health club, parking and a high-end shopping mall with theaters and a food court, and is scheduled to be complete in mid-2010.

VDA is providing services through tender review for elevators and escalators in the retail podium, as well as for 37 passenger and service elevators in the 74-story tower.
