Al Sharq Development is a $150 million, 100-story residential tower on Sheikh Zayed Road that will have units ranging in size from studio to 3 bedrooms, and parking for 800 vehicles. The first residential floor begins at a height of approximately 131 feet so each apartment has a view.

VDA is providing vertical transportation consulting services through tender review for six passenger elevators arranged in low- and high-rise banks, and a dedicated service elevator that will serve all floors.  The project is scheduled to complete in 2010.
