Esentai Park, the new city center for Almaty, is a 17-acre, mixed-use development with approximately 368,000 m2 (3,961,000 sq. ft.) of construction comprising a high-rise tower with office space, a Marriott Hotel, and serviced apartments; three mid-rise (21 story) residential buildings; a fitness center, and a retail mall with world-class shops.   Nearly 3,500 cars are accommodated under the buildings and accessed by new roads from a major Almaty thoroughfare.  

VDA provided consulting services during schematic design and design development phases for 38 elevators located in the project:  there are 13 elevators in the Tower; 6 elevators in each of the 3 residential buildings, 2 elevators in the fitness center, and 5 elevators serving the shopping mall.  Our services were completed in early 2007 and the buildings are currently in various stages of construction with the entire project scheduled to be complete by mid-2009.
