Bahrain Bay, off the North East coast of Manama, is a $1.5 billion urban development of commercial, residential and retail spaces which includes Bahrain's first Four Seasons Hotel as its centerpiece.

Phase 1 was a land reclamation project. Phase 2 includes the Four Seasons Hotel and the new Arcapita headquarters, another anchor of the development, which are scheduled to complete in early 2008. Phase 3 scheduled for completion in 2010, involves development of residential, retail and other commercial sub-projects around the anchor developments.

VDA is providing full vertical transportation consulting services for the Four Seasons Hotel, expected to be the tallest building in Bahrain. Plans include 220 rooms, conference facilities and a private beach, all specified to the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
