This 48-story, 1.6 million sq. ft., Class A Office Building is the first skyscraper to be built in New York City in over a decade, and anchors the 42nd Street side of the New Times Square. Although hired by the developer, VDA worked closely throughout the project with the architect, FxFowle, and the general contractor, Tishman, in providing full consulting services from theoretical traffic analysis through construction administration.
