For this new construction project, VDA was retained to provide full consulting services for the vertical transportation systems from Schematic Design Phase through the construction/Installation Phase. The 72-story skyscraper at 845 United Nations Plaza, is a mixed use super luxury condominium/extended stay project with additional restaurant, health club and back of building services' areas. The $180 million project was completed in 2001.
