The Atlantic Terminal office building is a 411,000 sq. ft., 10-story office building that sits above the recently rehabilitated Atlantic terminal transit complex, and atop a new, 375,000 sq. ft., four-story retail base.

VDA provided full consulting services through construction administration for 13 elevators in the office tower: 4 geared traction elevators serve as shuttle cars with 2 stops (at the ground floor and at the 5th floor office tower skylobby); 8 gearless traction elevators serve the ten floors of the office tower (floors 5-14 of the complex); a passenger/service elevator serves all floors of the office tower.

The $150 million project is at the corner of Atlantic and Flatbush Avenues in downtown Brooklyn. Nearly all of the office space in the office tower (320,000 sq. ft. on eight floors) is leased to The Bank of New York. The project was completed in July 2004.
